Detailed Description

Red 2.3mm dia. Electroluminescent Wire with controller. Emits light full 360 degrees throughout its entire length. EL Wire is Non-Toxic, durable, and weather resistant (Not Waterproof).
3 modes: Steady, Slow Flash (~1/sec) or Fast Flash. Black plastic case contains driver and 2 “AA” batteries (NOT included).
