PD204-6B is a high speed and high sensitive PIN photodiode in a standard 3mm (T1) water clear plastic LED style package with dark internal filter.

Sensitive to Infrared radiation.

Reverse Dark Current (Id): 10na max
Peak Wavelength: 940nm
Specral Bandwidth: 800-1100nm
Rise Time/ Fall Time: 5ns
