Kit is based on a pre-programmed Motorola 68HC705K1 general purpose 8 Bit, 16 Pin Micro Controller. In this application the uC performs as a Base number converter. Press "STEP" button until number to decode is reached (0-255) then press "MODE" switch to display: Normal Decimal; Normal HEX; 2's complement HEX or 2 complement Decimal. Display s on LED & 7 segment Display. Disc provided to show the program in the IC. Uses 9V battery.
