Small module designed as a "Ideal Diode" with a very low Vf (Forward Drop). Features 2 D403 very low resistance P-Channel MOS transistors with associated components.
Used to prevent reverse current in Solar Systems, Chargers, Parallel Battery systems.

Excellant for following a buck or boost converter that backfeeds!
I used this to follow a 20A buck converter, that was draining over 60mA from a 12V VRLA battery, when de-energized. I only observed about a 200uA burden, with the supply off, and <30mV across it with a 4A load. CAUTION: Unlike a real diode, this device will allow reverse current for the first second or two if the output is connected to a battery!
