Glood to find these for a reasonable small quantity price
I bought these to test in a pulse-driven high-voltage generator circuit and they work as expected. Ten units at the 100-500 unit price! They have a 10-volt gate sensitivity but will conduct more than 1 amp with 0.5V drop with just 5V drive from a microcontroller.
