The counter/display board was just as advertised. The board was prewired with connectors wired and ready to connect. The offset for IF was not explained but I did figure out how to program it for 455 KHz. The blue display is very bright and easy to read and the board is very accurate either as a frequency counter or as a digital display for older shortwave receivers. It is well worth the price.
