Perfect for amateur radio!
This switch is perfect for ham radio applications where a foot switch is desired to switch from receiving to transmitting. Connected to the transceiver via the PTT pin on the MIC connector, it can be paired with a nice Heil headset or boom mic for contesting work or general rag-chewing. Great switch!

Product current carrying capacity is mislabeled
I measured the wire diameter as .023in or .6mm somewhere between 22 and 23 gauge. If you google How many amps can a 22 gauge wire handle you get .92 amps. Given that this wire is a bit smaller than 22 gauge, I put the current carrying capacity for power transmission at about .8 amps.

Extraordinary value for STEM!
Perfect for control of STEM devices, Arduino, Parallax, BBC micro:bit, etc. Also for dictation equipment including free! NCH Software Express Scribe. Durable and very well-made, though 250 volts 10 amps pushes common-sense safety. More suitable for safe, low voltage, not heavy-duty power tools.
