ABS plastic contains styrene
PVC wire insulation can contain Di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (DEHP)
electrolytic capacitors can contain Ethylene glycol
Brass can contain Lead
flame retardant pc boards can contain Tetrabromobisphenol A (TBBPA)
Aluminum alloys can contain Chromium
To put it simply we are a small company and do not have the resources to test every single part, so we list every thing as hazardous. Please recycle all electronic parts responsibly and under no circumstance eat, drink or smoke these parts and wash your hands after touching!
I bought a few of these, and now my supply is running low! Time to order more! The lack of power buss connections is really not a hindrance. They are excellent for small projects, and to modularize larger projects. They also work very well to build modules with SIP ICs like the BA5604, etc. Of course, they also work with DIP ICs, discrete transistors, you name it. I recommend stocking up!

These little boards are very good quality and just too useful to be without! I use them all the time for daughter-board applications. I usually drill 2 holes in opposite corners then mount threaded nylon stand-offs - also an MPJA item! - thru the holes. A dap of epoxy at the other end of the stand-off and drop it onto an unpopulated part of the mother board and you have a low profile daughter-board. Also great for applications where little space is available and you need to spread the circuit onto several boards at different locations. Great product and a must have for any lab! Cant beat the price too.

This is a great little strip pcb. The quality is really good, a lot better than chinese boards I have gotten as of late.
