Full featured MEGA controller. Based on the ATmega 2560 processor. Compatable with most existing Duemilanove & Dieci program, shield & IDEs The Mega is major step up in processing power. The Arduinos are the most widely used microcontrollers for experimenters, hobbists, robotists etc. Information & Freeware available through, forums, www.arduino.cc.en, & others on-line.
